I was asked to create an invitation for a 1960s-themed birthday cocktail party. Using bright geometrics and layered opacity, the final look is not only fun, but easy to read.
Welch Baby Shower
The aunt and mother of the soon-to-be baby wanted something that referenced "It's A Small World" and that carried over the hot air balloon motif they had planned for the event.
Rodich-Burks wedding
Jenn and Matt wanted an invitation that was traditional, but still had a sense of fun. I created their custom monogram with their wedding colors.
Lans-Kautz Wedding
Brides Diane and Melinda wanted a really fresh and fun feel to their wedding-day stationary. This beautiful wedding was coordinated by LOLA Event Productions.
Smith-Warnke Wedding
This was a very traditional Catholic wedding that took place in the winter, so the bride wanted something timeless. We came up with alternating a large script typeface with a more modern serif.
Osberger-Deneweth wedding
This couple wanted a wedding invitation that reflected their hometown of Chicago while incorporating their wedding colors. They wanted a more vintage feel, so we went with American Typewriter as the typeface.
Cape Cod Honeymoon Poster
A couple of dear friends of mine honeymooned in Cape Cod and the wife asked me to create a map that plotted everything they did. Here is the poster I created for them.
